I give all glory to God for a powerful word of knowledge that brought an end to a longstanding history of health challenges in my extended family.
For years, my uncle’s wife’s family has been plagued by a hereditary breast cancer condition, especially affecting the children of her elder sister. This condition had already claimed the life of one of her daughters, and recently, two others were diagnosed—one with a lump that needed extraction, and the other with full-blown breast cancer.
During this difficult time, I committed to encouraging my aunt with the Word, standing with her in prayer, and assisting her with her medical needs. By God’s grace, she became deeply strengthened by the Word. Despite the diagnosis, she remained unshaken in her peace—a peace that surpassed all understanding. Her calm and steady demeanor has become a testimony in itself, astonishing the family and everyone aware of the situation.
Prior to attending the Eikon program, I sensed a sudden grief in my spirit concerning this affliction. During the meeting, His Excellency gave a word of knowledge that directly spoke about the situation. He said I paraphrase; “There is someone here who came grieving in the spirit about a condition that has afflicted the family which has recently resurfaced.” He then called me forward for ministration.
As Her Excellency laid hands on me, she released a prophetic declaration that the story had come to an end. In that moment, I felt a wave of warmth and peace, and a deep confirmation in my spirit that it was truly finished. His Excellency also proclaimed that there would be no more death in our families or households, and that our loved ones are preserved.
After the service, I immediately shared this declaration with my aunt. She received it with joy and thanksgiving, taking it as her own and boldly confessing it over the family. It has brought renewed hope and confidence, and the peace of God continues to reign in her heart and home.
I am immensely grateful to Their Excellencies for the word of knowledge and the revelation of the Grace that is already at work in us. Through us, as living epistles, the goodness of God is being made manifest in our families and communities. The peace, joy, and stability that only God can give is flowing through us to all men.
Thank you, dear parents, for your love and leadership. I honor the glorious Christ in you.
Sylvie,
Yaoundé
